Extending God’s Welcome to All. Committed to Grow: in Discipleship, Service & Numbers
People have been coming to All Saints church in Sanderstead for over 800 years to meet with God. Of course, over the years many things have changed, but one remains the same: at the heart of church life is Jesus Christ, God’s Son, who gave his life by dying on the cross so that all might be forgiven and enjoy eternal life.
This good news is for everyone without exception. Do take a few moments to read more about activities for both children and adults.

As required by the Church Representation Rules, a new Electoral Roll is required to be prepared afresh for 2025; an official Notice to that effect will be placed on the noticeboards of the Churches and Church Halls as from 24 February 2025.
If you wish to be included on the new Roll, please re-apply by filling in a new Electoral Roll form. At the same time, it would be helpful if you could complete a new Parish Communication Form (optional) that will allow us to keep our ChurchSuite records up to date and also to know of your communication preferences.
Forms must be returned to the Parish Office no later than 30 March 2025 and are available in Church, or from the Parish Office, or from the Electoral Roll Officer. Your timely co-operation in submitting the forms would be greatly appreciated.
The new Electoral Roll will be published and take effect on 10 April 2025.
Please contact the Electoral Roll Officer if you have any queries.

All Saints actively supports a number of Christian charities, through prayer, raising awareness and a variety of fund raising activities.
Home Groups meet in homes around the parish, mostly in the evening, but some daytime. There are between seven and twelve people in each group. We have a flexible programme of Bible study and discussions. Home Groups usually meet in term times and break up during Lent for an ecumenical programme of study up to Holy Week. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to join a Home Group. Please contact the Parish Office for more information.
All Saints has a lively green group which organises recycling events and provides information on how to live more sustainably by reducing energy and water consumption and purchasing carbon offsets for air travel.
Sanderstead Parish Mothers' Union includes members from All Saints, St Antony's and St Mary's Sanderstead. We meet for a varied programme of talks and acitivities monthly, and unite with regular prayer and a nmonthly communion service. Please contact the Parish Office parish.office@sanderstead-parish.org.uk for more information.
Weekly walks on a Wednesday and other regular events. Contact mensgroup@sanderstead-parish.org.uk. Check the events list for more information about our special outings.
All Saints has a small and dedicated robed choir which, special occasions apart, rehearses from 7.30pm – 8.30pm on alternate Fridays in preparation for Choral Eucharist on the first and third Sundays of the month. There is no formal audition for choir membership, although it would be anticipated that members would be able to follow the overall shape of a musical line at the correct pitch. The choir would welcome new members of any age or voice, providing an ideal opportunity for anyone seeking that unity in diversity offered through part singing in a sacred setting, while not being unduly demanding on time commitment. Enquiries should be directed to the organist and choirmaster, Mr John Jones, via the Parish Office parish.office@sanderstead-parish.org.uk Tel: 0208 657 0665.
Two Teams of handbell ringers are based at All Saints. The SAS ringers, who rehearse on a Monday evening, and the 2 O'Clock Bells, who rehearse on Monday afternoon - at 2 o'clock! Both teams would welcome new members who can commit to regular practices. Please also enquire of the teams if you would like to hear us play. More details can be found on our website - www.sandersteadbells.org.uk
