THE ANNUAL GENERAL CHURCH MEETING

will be held as a VIRTUAL ONLINE ZOOM meeting*

on WEDNESDAY 16th day of SEPTEMBER at 7.30 pm

For the election of Parochial representatives of the laity as follows:

• To the Deanery Synod: 5 representatives

• To the Parochial Church Council (PCC): 1 representative

• To the District Church Council  (DCC): 4 representatives

• For the nomination of Churchwardens 

• For the nomination of Sidesmen 

For the consideration of:

a) a Report on the numbers entered on the new Roll;

b) an Annual Report of the proceedings of the parochial church council and the activities of the parish generally;

c) an Annual Report of the proceedings of the district church council and the activities of All Saints generally;

d) the Financial Statements of the Council for the year ending on the 31st December immediately preceding the meeting;

e) a Report on the fabric, goods and ornaments of the church;

f) a Report on the proceedings of the Deanery Synod 

g) other matters of parochial or general Church interest

*Copies of the agenda, papers and dial-in details will be sent out electronically to those on the Electoral Roll for whom we have e-mail addresses.
